Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to shop with you?

We recommend creating an account when shopping with us. To exchange an item, you will need to have a Fun Fit Threads account to receive your refund or store credit. Also you’ll receive exclusive offers, discounts and early access to sales! If you are using a promo code, you must be logged in.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Credit Card with Stripe, Bank Deposit and now Afterpay where you can pay four fortnightly installments but get the shirts straight away!

Has my order been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a confirmation email, please email info@funfitthreads.com.au and our customer service team will be able to assist.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once the pre order or order has been received to Fun Fit Threads HQ, the following postage times apply –

Standard Post (no tracking) – Two to six business days (depending on location). Please note – we can not be held responsible for parcels going missing.

Express Post (tracking number provided) –  One to three business days (depending on location).

Courier (tracking available) – One to two business days (depending on location)

If you have not received your parcel within one week of receiving your dispatch confirmation email please email info@funfitthreads.com.au.

If you live in a rural area your parcel may take up to 14 business days to arrive.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Of course we do!

Do you deliver to work addresses?

We sure do! Please make sure you include your company name on your shipping details, as this will assist the post service to correctly deliver your parcel.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

STANDARD and EXPRESS shipping – If you are not home your parcel will either be left in a safe location OR will be carded to the nearest post office.

How much is postage?

  • Purchase one (1) shirt – FREE standard postage!
  • Purchase two (2) or more shirts – FREE overnight postage!

I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within seven (7) business days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please email info@funfitthreads.com.au and our customer service team will be able to assist.

An order with an incorrect address may take up to two weeks to be received back to our address, processed again and redelivered to you.

If an incorrect address is supplied by the customer Fun Fit Threads can’t be held liable for parcels that are lost in transit.

I have received an incorrect item in my order

Oopsie! That’s our bad…Please email info@funfitthreads.com.au with your order ID along with a photo or description of the incorrectly sent item and our customer service team will assist you ASAP.

I have received a faulty item in my order

We do our best to inspect all garments prior to shipping. In the rare event that a product is faulty please email info@funfitthreads.com.au and include your order details and a photo of the fault and our customer service team will assist you ASAP.

How come my print design is coming off?

In the unfortunate event that your print/text/picture starts coming off your shirt, please email info@funfitthreads.com.au and include your order details  so our customer service team can assist you ASAP.

Our screen printers guarantee their work and together we will happily replace any faulty item you have in your possession!

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage, but we are working towards it for later in 2017.

Can I change any details on my order?

Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any alterations, as we will already be processing it. This includes item, item size, your address and contact details.

I’ve ordered a pre order item and it has not arrived

Pre Order delivery dates are approximate dates only. We aim to provide an accurate date though delays in printing or delivery to us are out of our control. Pre Orders are final and not refundable due to late delivery or change of mind. Once your order has been sent you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. If you would like to check on the status of your Pre Order, please email info@funfitthreads.com.au.
